Finally, A Cure!

This is post for those of us that turn red when drinking alcohol — I have recently learned that there is a cure.

Yes, a cure. Salvation from Asian Flushing Syndrome, in convenient pill form. And its name is: Pepcid AC.

Not only is it over the counter, it’s one of my favorite activities in the whole wide world: using a drug for something other than its intended purpose.

I conducted small scale trials here in New York, and I can report that in the two studies I have done so far that it works. Take one Pepcid about 30 minutes before you start drinking. One dose should last the whole night.

My next experiment will be to see if it works after the drinking has commenced.

Wohoo! This is going into mass distribution asap. The red-faced asian dude, for the win.

The Irish have the same affliction. Although, ‘pink’ might better describe the resulting hue.

Aye, to be sure. By the way, Ben and I played Rock Band last night and he downloaded “Still Alive,” which was awesome to play. Although Ben thinks it’s a GAY SONG.

To be honest, if I didn’t play the game, and if I wasn’t a total nerdbasket, I’d think that song was teh ghey too.

BUT I’M GLAD I DON’T THINK THAT.
