1. Smash the chicken breasts with a big frying pan and make them flat.
2. Put paprika and hot pepper and cumin and salt and thyme and oregano on them. Leave for 10 minutes.
3. Grill them.
4. Make guacamole (avoacodo, bit of salt, garlic nub, bit of cumin, juice of 1/2 lime)
5. Heat up the bunz.
6. Corn: pick the right ear. Puncture a kernel with your thumb in the store. If it tastes sweet it’s good. Heat water to boiling, put the corn in, let the water boil up again, turn off the heat, the corn’s done. It can soak there…it’s ok.
7. Put it all together.
8. Eat and watch TEAM TOWNIE lose.
9. Read a bit about the history of the Armenian genocide.
10. Sleep.

You ate all 3 nibblahz? You were hungry, boy!

That corn looks awesome. I’m looking forward to the peak of corn season in the next couple of weeks. I hear from my Iowa corn source that the “Silver Queen” variety is going to be the bomb this year.

I’m gonna eat nothing but corn until late August.

As a midwesterner, I’m a corn snob, and I very much approved of this corn. They were just unloading it out of the boxes at Whole Foods. Of course, back in the day, we used to buy it at roadside farm stands in Illinois. That’s where it’s AT.

I think it’s a guy thing to put guac on anything salty. I like to make my sandwiches with avocado or guacamole, no matter what.
